Love the new printer, but it is a little noisier than my old printer. Also doesn’t hold as much paper as my old HP printer. It does print better than my old printer though!

So far it works great! Very quiet; easy to operate. Prints excellent photos.

Great printer at a good price. Print quality is good, and was easy to set up.

I bought this printer to replace our previous HP with similar features, the primary difference is that this one does not have a wired connection. After setup the printer works great and does everything it should, very pleased with its performance. My issue was setting the printer up out of the box, things did not go the way the instructions said. I could not complete the setup using just my phone over the wireless connection. When it got to the step in the process where it switches from the printer direct connect to my wifi it could never complete the connection. I then tried the method using my laptop and the USB connection, it also failed. After speaking with a friend I finally ended up using the laptop method but using a wired connection to my home network, this worked and I was able to bring the printer online. After the printer was configured I had no problem connecting my phones and then wireless connection to my laptop. Almost like they left some steps out, by the way I did go online to the help desk and that was useless. I work in Operational Technology and still had an issue so I think the setup procedure may need to be revisited. In closing like I said near the beginning of my ramble, after setup, the printer works as advertised and I am happy with it's performance.

Printing and scanning jobs are of good quality. I haven't tried to print photos yet so can't comment on the quality of photos. The unit is very noisy when booting up and while printing. I had an HP Envy 7640 prior to this unit and it was much quieter.

Easy set up, quick printing ability, quick scanning and not too big.

The HP-ENVY has been a great replacement for our older Epson printer. It is smaller and quickly fit into a space we had the older model in. The color and speed it offers fits into our typical monthly usage and we joined the ink plan to spend less time hunting down cartridges when we needed replacements.

The printer was very easy to setup and prints fast!

Was easy to set up & works ok. Had help to get it to check out & help to get in my car. Very friendly & answered questions.

This machine does everything that is says that it will, and does it faster than advertised. it looks nice in our home office and the wireless feature and teh automatic ink supply are great also.

Printer looks very nice, more compact than my last one. However had a lot of problems setting it up. Called Geek Squad twice and they couldn't get it to work with my PC ( I have an HP Envy 700) Finally they told me to call HP for support. Called HP and it took almost half a day to get it working. The tech had to reset the factory settings. A few days later I started having problems with the printer, kept saying it was offline. I tried to get it online but was unable to, so I called HP again. The tech again, had to reset the factory settings and do something else to the printer to get it to work. Haven't any more problems with so far.

Very happy with this purchase. Set-up was straightforward, but since I’m tech ignorant, I didn’t choose the correct download from HP+ that includes the scanner drives, so I had to redo it, but then everything set up well. While color printing is slow per page (as advertised), the black printing is not slow, so I’m happy with that. Altogether, very good choice for home printing, copying & scanning needs.

It's easy for Boomers like me to set up and manage. Cartridge replacements are simple. The system is highly interactive and produces good printing.

Affordable, easy to set up, easy to operate, the scanner works really well.

So far I’m printer is working and easy to set up and use.
