I got this printer only to find out that if you do not pay the monthly printer fee you are not able to print at all and they do not send you the ink for the subscription that you sign up for. Nothing but problems. Have to keep shutting it off and turning it back on again, to get it to connect with my computer to print. Keeps loosing connection. Very aggravating. Had to call Support, the very day I set it up. Took him forever to get it to work properly. It also keeps saying that the paper is not installed properly. What a pain.

It doesn’t stay connected to the internet and we had HP support and did everything they said to do. We have to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work. I do not recommend this one. Our last HP printer was great, but this is a lemon. We only had it for less than 2 years and looking at getting a new printer.

In fact, I'd bet that most HP Printers are not the money. All of sudden, I can no longer print PDF's from my PC (in and out of the dumb HP Smart App), and also from my phone.
