    Where’s my printer

    I’d like to write a review on this printer, but it hasn’t come yet. I ordered it yesterday and paid for same day shipping; it didn’t come! I talked to at least 4 people and one said it will get here when it gets here, and another said it will be here today. Online says there’s one at my Best Buy store. Usually get oodles of updates on orders, crickets right now!

    This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It lasted about a month then it would print 2 pages clear and the rest of them would hardly print at all. I used up more ink and paper cleaning the heads and printing test pages than it actually printed documents. Called HP for a refund and they don't give you your money back. After dealing with their customer service. I am done with HP products all together. Horrible product! Horrible customer service! Never again!

    Junk turns it self off and is not configurable

    This is literally the worst printer I have ever bought. It turns off after 2 hours and you cannot change it, it is preset. It takes itself offline after it turns itself off for x number of hours and simply turning it back on does NO good. You have to unplug it and plug it back in and then go and turn wireless back on (and yes it is close to wireless router, about 10 feet) I am not even going to take it back, I am going to throw in away so no one else is cursed with it.

    Worked ok for a while, and then it just stopped printing anything clearly, and now it just prints blank paper. Takes a long time to turn on and get started up. Feels very outdated and not worth the money

    This printer didn't work right out of the box. It didn’t print any cyan color at all and the magenta and the yellow printed pale and the color was weak. After each of 7 alignment and cleaning attempts, the printer displayed an alignment failed message. The icons on the screen attacked to the printer are so small that the only way to launch the alignment and or cleaning is from the app.

    I've had to call the Geek Squad for help in re-establishing connection to my laptop twice and am ready to call again for help with the same problem. Have owned this new printer only since June 30, 2023. Have owned other HP printers which gave me no trouble for a very long time.

    Would’t recognize ink cartridges

    Took it out, set it up and did all the online account setup stuff only to have it not be able to recognize the ink cartridges that came with it (yes I took the tape off and installed correctly). Returning it tomorrow.

    Extremely loud, makes a bunch of unnecessary noise. Quiet mode is a joke. Paper gets jammed every time I print. This thing has been nothing but problems

    A few weeks after purchase, the printer failed to work and could not be repaired by The Geek Squad. I returned it and bought another HP printer at more than twice the price.

    DO NOT BUY!!! By far the worst printer I've ever own. It will not print half the time. I've unplugged it, shut it off, etc. If I want to print two sheets of paper it takes 5 sheets to do it. Just don't bother, buy something else.
