I bought this one to replace a previous HP printer that refused to stop working completely. I needed a new printer to pair with a new computer. So far, this printer has exceeded all my expectations.

The HP printer is an excellent printer for a home office. It works great and I signed up for the HP instant ink plan and have already received my first shipment.

When i purchased this hp printer was informed that hp no longer has control of the printer and ink cartridges, after purchasing after market cartridges hp started asking question and printer started acting up not cool at all

Easy to set up and easy to use. I volunteer and often have handouts that need to be printed, so I appreciate a good-quality and sturdy printer that doesn't cost the earth.

Very nice printer. Good features. The only problem is the color cartridge that came with it ran out of ink in a couple of days. Otherwise it works very well.

I bought this printer for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She said it was very easy to set up and it works beautifully. Our salesman was great. He was very honest and helped me pick up the perfect printer.

This wasn't what I was looking for, but it has turned out to do a good job, and I am glad I didn't wait any longer. The setup didn't take long and the working has been very smooth so far. The ink even has lasted a bit longer than I predicted. B&W scans and printing are very quick. Color scans are a bit slower than I like, but the resulting product is excellent. The paper tray can be tricky to open; it takes a while to find the right angle and pressure.

This printer is just what we were looking for because it also had a scanner and the ability to print photos. Danny helped us find it when we came in the store and he was able to answer our questions, so we didn’t have to figure it out on our own. We got a good price and great assistance.

This is a basic printer which is used infrequently. I find the paper tray to be a little difficult to use. I regret not including fax capability in choosing this type of product.

The printer was easy to setup and get running in no time. Fast printing when i need my documents quick. i always buy HP Printers they are the best.

Love this printer! Changed from epson to this one for my home work and for my job as a teacher. This is way better as far as set up and space

Our new HP - Envy Inspire 7955e Wireless Inkjet Printer is working well for us. Set up was a little tricky, but the customer service representative was pleasant, helpful and patient. He not only helped us connect our computers to the wireless printer but our phones as well. I highly recommend this affordable printer.

This was easy to set up. It is so compact for all that it allows you to do. Has quiet mode for printing. I had a larger Brothers inkjet prior. Like this so much better

I really loved this printer, but didn't get to use it... Found out our wifi provider had set us up with a 6mghz and this printer only works on 5Mghz. Took it back and got another printer not knowing this problem at the time. I replaced it with the HP Office JetPro 8135e, which I like, but is kinda' built cheap. Found out why these printers wouldn't install on 6mghz when Geek Squad (4 times) finally said they couldn't help and gave me HP's number. HP didn't catch it right away, but after about 30 minutes a lightbulb appeared. :) So thankful to find the answer and do hope sharing this experience might help others in the future. The wifi guy that replaced our nice eero modem with an older model for the lower #s, I'm sure, could have installed the eero on my computer and it would have worked. He tried to install it on my phone... ?

Excellent upgrade! Was looking for a new printer that was faster, quieter, and provided a better overall experience and this is it!

Easy to pair, print quality is really good. It does what I ask it to with no problems so far. The last HP printer I had was junk! This one is fantastic.

This printer is 'what you see is what you get'. Additionally, I suggest using a 'printer cable' to connect. WiFi connections on these printers is unreliable. Plug it in & the printer works.

The Printer is quick and prints nice pictures while using the photo sections. It also prints nice docs as well. The only fall back that I've noticed with all HPs is that the printer will show its "offline" when the printer is on. My suggest is it never leave the printer on idle. When you're ready to print, turn it on so the wifi picks up the printer. It prints from the comfort of your phone but it does take longer. So i dont suggest printing large jobs. The print is used for quick prints, travel docs, and 1st grader activities.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it, She used all of the ink in one day. She has pictures all over her walls in her bedroom. She is quite the artist and she does pictures on her IPad and then she prints them off. She is 12 years old and she is very talented and loves this printer very much.

I first ordered this printer from the web page, because it stated that it was out of stock at my local store but could be delivered the next day. The next day I got an email that it would be delayed for a few days. If I was informed before completing the order I could go to another location. There are a few locations not an awful lot farther away. I need to use it that next day. And was going to be gone after that for awhile. The web site was showing, the next day that it was now in stock in my closest store. So in order to print I went and bought it again. I did this and was told it was to late to cancel the first order. I did my printing and fortunately the ordered printer didn't come till after my little trip. Fearing porch pirates. Which when I came back I had to take back to the store and get a refund. Best Buy should not offer next day if it can't deliver. I like the printer and it does all it does. But Best Buy needs to get its act together. Luckily I was able to pay for them both, not everyone can.
