Easy to install! and set-up! Works very well. Has some really helpful production options.

Easy set up, prints well, decent pictures. Plastic is flimsy. Best part is the instant ink option.

Great printer for home. Only drawback is Pictures printed on plain paper are clearer than on photo paper. Quiet operation. Prints quickly.

Initial setup had difficulty recognizing printer. Once wireless and printing functions taken care of, scan function needed software download to computer which did not load on initial setup and took multiple attempts at downloading to completed process. On completed, works very well and physical layout and design (paper tray, output, etc.) very good. Waiting to see how instanct ink otion works out.

I get good quality prints, but it struggles to keep a connection. You also have to sign up with H.P. and they keep tabs on your printing. They say they want to save the forest. lol Right. It seems like a good idea at first, but I'm beginning to wonder. They charge a monthly fee based on what you think you will print. If you don't print as much as you think, they don't give you a credit. If you print more, they charge you extra. So you better get it right. If I could afford IBM for my office, I would get it. HP is and always has been my favorite for quality for small business after IBM though. They are more affordable. This does not have a fax on it. The salesman told me it did. By the time I found out, it was to late to exchange it.

The printer was easy to set up and worked well the few times we have used it. I am dissatisfied with the 6 months of ink that we are supposed to get. How do we get it? No one at Best Buy explained how to get it and there is no information with the printer. In fact, I forgot about the free ink and told the salesperson helping us that I wanted extra ink. He went and got it off the shelf and handed it to me. Never did he remind me that we had 6 months of ink included or how to obtain it.

Great All-In-One printer. Easy to use. Good quality photos. Easy double-sided printing. Like the 3mos of Instant Ink included.

VERY Good a need. This was a life changer I could print things at home and it was cheap and very good quality.

Inexpensive printer that does the job. We do not make a lot of copies. This printer handless both black and white copies and color. It meets our home needs well.

Easy setup with computer, phones, tablets, and wifi. Works flawlessly. Runs quietly. Really like having the ink subscription.

Haven't really had time to use it much, but I'm 82 years young and have used HP products always. I've never had problems in the past, hopefully I won't in the future.
