    Great value for the price of the printer. I bought it so that I could print my own stickers, and although I go through ink quite fast, it prints with a good quality. Love that I can print documents from the HP smart app on my phone via the internet so I don't have to get out my whole laptop. I also love the way the printer looks, it matches the rest of my office!

    Pure HP style and looks and priced well. Easy to set up and prints great. Only thing that bothers me but is not really important is when you scan an item the normal placing of your paper on scanner is to the right. This has been changed to having to place it upside down on the left so you print correctly and not chop off anything.

    It prints real well. What is irritating to me is that they want everything to go through the hp app. More steps involved than with previous units. For instance to eliminate pages you need to go to another page. Just not friendly to use in my mind.

    Works really good for the most part. Haven’t had any issues lately. My only complaint is that the tray where the paper prints doesn’t automatically pop out like my old printer so I have to pull it out myself otherwise my printed documents end up all over the floor.

    I have always used HP Printers. Only drawback with this unit is I don't have Wi-Fi so had to have Geek Squad help me get it set up. Then had to have them come out to my place to get it synced to my HP Smart Scan Icon, which he got working perfectly within minutes. And since I don't have Wi-Fi, I can't take advantage of the free ink cartridges. Even with this, I love this unit!

    I like the printer but I have never been able to get it to pull the small photo paper, so I am unable to print photos. I am finding the photo paper holder doesn't work. You can hear it trying to pull it, but it doesn't.
