Best Buy is the best place to shop for awesome devices and very economical prices. The reason why I didn’t give it six stars because they are only five..

Ok printer iif you can even get it to print

Since the first set up, it made loud jammed noises sayjng the photo paper tray is blocked or there is a paper jam... before even getting to print! 4/5 times using this, I got the error that the photo tray is blocked. And NOTHING WORKED to fix this... no resetting, nothing stuck in the printer... I am a very experienced with tech and i could not get this thing to work after days of troubleshooting.

Contacted HP Support (via chat is the only way I found to do it). Although very “script polite”, instructions did not pertain to this particular printer, did not seem to understand that I used iPad and not computer, my previous HP printer worked with iPad fine, and so finally, “chat” said to factory reset, reinstall. This was after numerous long ‘quiet’ periods of no response from HP support. I did the reset/reinstall. It still decides on its own little self to print multiple copies. It I don’t catch it quickly, it goes on to waste ink and paper.
