I needed a small printer for my home office and Envy fit right in. That along with Best Buy's terrific warranty I am very pleased with this purchase.

A great little printer that does more than they advertise. WAY better than the Epson workforce that we had before. And the instant ink program is totally worth the monthly fee!

The printer is great. I'm so used to my old one so it's a little challenging but I figured everything out.

this is my third HP printer have had no problems with any of them. The best part of buying an HP is the E Ink. Program that they offer.

Definitely the best printer that I’ve owned. It does exactly what I need to do for small office work and the photo printing is pretty impressive too. Regular updates keep everything operating smoothly

As far as printing goes its very good. I dont print everyday and when it went to sleep I had to get the HP Smart program to diagnose and fix. It didnt want to wake.

I purchased this printer over a year ago, and I must say it has been extremely reliable. It prints quickly, produces clear images, and is very convenient to use.

This machine is not to large for my needs but has everything I need. Still learning some of its features but it walks me through the steps as it communicates to my computer.

Was actually a hard process to set up and link to my computer. Never had that much trouble setting up my previous printer. Got frustrated and quit the set up, then started again 24 hours later and it was connected (by itself?) I think the printer is possessed! It prints at its own speed, not very fast. The scanner does not set up easily and still doesn't function, can't get it to scan to my computer directly.

So far it seems to be working fine reached out to HP for help to resolve minor issues with setup.

It’s so easy to install and so nice looking. We can print both black and white and also color copy. That’s the one I was looking for since long time.

So easy to set up and has all the operating features I want - copying, scanning, etc. This is my second HP printer over my lifetime and it is a brand I trust. Best Buy made it easy, too!

This printer/scanner and the native software work flawlessly with my new MacBook Pro M1. I was initially frustrated when I tried to download the software into my older Mac desktop and was informed that the software was incompatible with my machine. Ten minutes of research yielded the information that I needed to get the printer to work with my old Mac by using the Mac utility known as "Air Print." Using this utility as the interface I can now print and scan with both laptop and desktop machines.

love this printer. easily added my cellphone, laptop and sister's cellphone and my husband's laptop and cellphone. i loved the way it prints a driver license.

I do like how quiet it is when printing. Off course I like the free ink program which I have been using for several years.

The printer works well and the print quality is good, but the amount of ink shipped with the printer is not much. I ran out too quickly.
