I don't like being forced into buying ink. We don't use it very much. We are disappointed that we are unable to get it to work on more than one device. Don't like having it on all the time when not in use. If I had known all this in advance I would not have bought it.

Love this printer! Prints quick and clear and I love the colors as well.

I was concerned about the fact that every time I updated my computer I would have to go buy a new printer. But with this Envy Inspire 7955e I didn’t have to when I upgraded my computer this time. So far I’m loving this one.

A pretty good printer. A bit load. And kind of slow. But this is a low cost printer so the trade-off is acceptable to me.

Great Printer scanner, pay the little bit of extra money to get this one verses the cheaper version. It is worth it.

This printer was shipped with a defective color cartridge that did not print all of the colors. After contacting customer support to get a replacement, I had to go through 5 hours of customer support that required me to give remote access to my Mac to debug even though I did everything correctly to set up the printer and to diagnose the issue beforehand. During these 5 hours, the support tech pushed the HP's ink subscription plan no less than three times saying that this would help resolve my issue by shipping me a new color cartridge. After finally convincing the tech to send me a replacement cartridge, the one that was sent to me required me to sign up for the ink subscription plan! I gave in and had to subscribed to the ink subscription just to avoid having to deal with another support tech. Now some particulars about this printer. The scanner works as expected. Printing quality is OK but not any different than any other vendors. The HP Smart software sucks. Besides having a confusing and unnecessarily complicated interface, it is very slow. This is probably a result of server calls to verify the ink subscription. Some functionality does even work. I get load paper messages on my Mac after I've loaded and successfully printed from the printer. I've owned HP printers in the past, and the current version of HP Smart is probably the worse I've seen. That combined with a defective cartridge indicates quality problems. My recommendation is to look somewhere else. I have an Epson printer as well, and the set up and out of the box reliability was way better.

Love that can do updates from the screen and dont have to chase it down on line

We love the printer. The install was easy, it prints really well as we expected and it scans nicely. Great printer and scanner so far. Had it for a couple of weeks.

This printer does everything you could want for a really good price. Very easy to use also.

Nice foe use at home . If you try for work i think Better you should buy another printer.
