I rarely write reviews, but my recent purchase at Best Buy was so extraordinary that I practically ran to my keyboard. From the moment I walked through the doors, it felt like I’d stepped into a futuristic tech paradise where every employee was a superhero disguised in a blue shirt. I was shopping for a new product (which I am now completely obsessed with), and the level of service I received was nothing short of next-level incredible. The staff didn’t just help me—they guided me with the precision and enthusiasm of a personal tech concierge. They answered every question I had (and a few I didn’t even know to ask!), making the whole process feel effortless and even fun. What really blew me away was how genuinely passionate they were about making sure I got exactly what I needed. They weren’t pushy, they weren’t rushed—they were simply dedicated to delivering the kind of customer service you only hear about in commercials. I honestly felt like a VIP the entire time. And once I made the purchase? Smooth. Seamless. PERFECT. They double-checked everything, made sure I knew how to use the product, offered setup tips, and somehow managed to make me even more excited about my purchase (which I didn’t think was possible). I left the store feeling like I had just won some kind of tech-shopping lottery. Best Buy didn’t just meet my expectations—they absolutely skyrocketed past them. If you’re considering buying anything from Best Buy, DO IT. And if your experience is even half as amazing as mine was, you’re in for a treat. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.

The printer was easy to set up. It is smaller than my last printer and the ink in way less expensive. The quality of the documents are really great. I have printed both written documents and documents with colored pictures. Both copies were really good quality. The only complaint was that the ink cartridges are harder to put in than in my old HP printer. When I put the black ink cartridge in, I kept getting error messages. I finally pulled it out and waited a while and put it back in and it went in fine. If I keep having problems with the black ink cartridge, I will have to look into finding a printer where the ink cartridges are easier to put in and stay. I have had the printer for about a month. I have not tried to print photos on the printer. The main reason I had to change printers is that my router was replaced with a dual router and would not support my old wireless printer. I attached a cable to it so I could print; but it kept going offline. I am really happy with my new HP Printer.

Having an HP printer for years that gave up the ghost, I was inclined to purchase another one. Negative reviews about the 3 month instant ink caused me to reconsider. The sale price on the Envy Inspire 7955e Wireless, won me over when I found there were other purchase options for ink. The setup instructions confused me, found help on line and used some instructions on the printer. Either I have not figured it out or I cannot copy double sided documents from the document feeder. Also, the tray to hold printed documents is very short so paper will not come out flat. Those are disappointing, Other than those, so far, so good. I like the size (smaller) and it prints quietly.

Easy to set up, easy to link to my laptop. The print quality, and speed is excellent. This is saying a lot for a 70+ woman.

I am happy with this purchase. The set up was fast and easy. The bluetooth between my computer and the printer works from each room in the house. I have used the color printing for several projects and liked the result. It prints quickly in both color and black and white. The style of the printer is attractive and the features are easy to use. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

HP Inspire printer is compact, attractive functinal printer with crisp type, good color. Great value for a home printer. Have not had long enough to evaluate the instant ink plan. Only shortcoming thus far is the small paper capacity. Easy setup. I would recommend.

Really easy set-up and so far has been a great product for our everyday needs. Was easy to link it with our current laptops and desktops. Even has a 3-month free ink trial (Just don't forget to cancel it before the subscription kicks in).

This printer is of great quality, not to mention vibrant colors when printing my greeting cards. Also, it was easy to set up.

I got this as a free sample to review and found that it is easy to use and setup takes a couple of minutes after you do color test and balance test. The color is great no smearing of ink very colorful pictures crisp and clear the scanning documents works quickly and simply

It was time to update my printer and I got it on sale. So far, so good. Set up was easy. To be honest, I haven't used it much yet, though that is about to change. Everything has worked seamlessly It does connect more reliably than my prior printer so that alone was a big time saver. We haven't tried photos yet so I can't speak to that. Regular printing and scanning have been good and fast. If I had any complaints, it is really about the color scheme of the unit itself. It is fine for some locations and probably better for other rooms in our house. However, It simply doesn't match my computer equipment or the room where we put it as well as my previous HP printer. I would have preferred the option for a black and/or silver color scheme.
