    I really love this printer. I wasn't able to decide between this model and another one, but it turned out the other model is better for picture printing, but my use for the printer is more for work and college. I had some difficulty connecting to my wifi and devices but once it done, it only got disconnected once, and it reconnected by itself. Im long time hp customer, and i love their instant ink subscription.

    This was a replacement to my hp printer that would not update printer apps anymore. This is also an exchange from another printer that was broken when I hooked it up. I’m not find of the quiet mode because it seems to make it print slower. The ink cartridges it comes with I swear are half filled. I have been enrolled in instant ink for quite sometime. I do think it is over priced, but it’s about convenience for me. So far, I’ve had no issues with this printer, but setup was frustrating.

    Was very pleased with Printer for 2 years, and then it started having problems. Took to Best Buy to repair, and as i am a member, they replaced the printer with a new one of the same kind free of charge. Shipping it straight to my home. You can't get much better then that.

    Poor quality in the color is way off. and also, color cartridge go to fast and not the best on finish produce of print.

    This is the exact but newest model for the one I replaced. I miss my old one honestly. Quality has gone way down. Many more quirks . Next one I’ll rethink and look deeper before I buy
