Works pretty good. Works via Wi-Fi from anywhere. Prints pretty fast for what you're paying for.

I haven't bought a new printer in a while and my old one bit the dust. I compared several printers and decided on this one. It does a little more than I usually need, but I figured better too much than too little, right? The set-up was so simple and smooth (I'm not tech savvy and usually need help with this stuff). Operation is uncomplicated and it's easy to navigate the display screen. I can print from my computer or the printer itself. I've printed documents and pictures both and am very pleased with the results on each. I've not printed on legal sized paper yet, but the printer is so easy to use, I don't expect any problems. It was on sale when I bought it and I think it was well worth the price.

This is definitely a better business printer than the HP ‘Photosmart Series’ (all-in-one) I had previously... You need to have a recent release, wifi capable device to download the install program to. It wouldn’t download to my older MacPro laptop… So I used a 2017 Ipad Pro to run the installation script. Found that after I’d satisfied the app’s install questions - my Laptop did ‘recognize’ the new printer - and I was able to send print jobs to it from there just fine... Formatting the page layout was a little bit tricky - maybe because of the age of my MacPro - but with just a modicum of fiddling, I was able to print out very clean and usable packing slips and shipping labels… This was a replacement for a defective all-in-one from a different maker. It was definitely worth the extra $$! Recommended! Sincerely; David M in Northern California

It was time to update my printer and I got it on sale. So far, so good. Set up was easy. To be honest, I haven't used it much yet, though that is about to change. Everything has worked seamlessly It does connect more reliably than my prior printer so that alone was a big time saver. We haven't tried photos yet so I can't speak to that. Regular printing and scanning have been good and fast. If I had any complaints, it is really about the color scheme of the unit itself. It is fine for some locations and probably better for other rooms in our house. However, It simply doesn't match my computer equipment or the room where we put it as well as my previous HP printer. I would have preferred the option for a black and/or silver color scheme.

    Good but not Great

I bought this to replace an older HP All-In-One inkjet printer that is about 8 years old. The printer was easy to set up and prints fairly quickly. The document feeder works well, and the interface is easy to use. The paper tray could be better. The photo paper feed device gets in the way of the regular paper tray. That doesn't make a lot of sense because most people will rarely or never use the photo tray. It's also missing a USB port. I can scan over my network, but it is useful to be able to scan to a USB driver like my old printer. Those issues aside, it works well and is aesthetically pleasing. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Also, props to Best Buy for the good price and fast delivery.

So far, so good. I love the fact I can scan multiple pages at once without the hassle of lifting the lid and flipping the pages over. Copies, even photos, are crisp and clear and the machine has a silent mode. I haven't used all the features yet but expect the usual HP quality.

Easy to use and does everything I need quickly and quietly. My only negative opinion is that when I print something with more than one page, the first page prints first instead of last. I won’t deduct stars for that though

Printer is excellent. It even makes good quality photographs. I am a little leary of the 3 months free ink since the way it was described new ink would be ordered when it was low as long as it had a connection to the internet. My first new ink order came only a few days after purchase and I had only used the printer twice at that point. Set up was easy and print quality is very very good. Overall very satisfied with my choice.

I am totally satisfied with this printer. I do not use a printer very often but when I do need one I want it to work. This was relatively easy to install and able to start printing.

Every other printer I have owned has required everything shy of my first born child to convince it to print one whole sheet of paper. This printer has given me the true simplicity of clicking print on whatever device I am on, selecting this glorious machine as it quickly pops up as available, chosing my print options (like automatic double sided print), and letting the magic happen. 110% would buy this again for all my home and office(work from home) printing needs. The white flag has been raised and there is once again peace in the lands.

Very happy with my new printer so far. It was much easier to set up than I had anticipated. I was actually able to do it myself and I am not tech savvy at all. I have made copies and printed documents and scanned documents. I have not yet attempted to print photos. I'm sure it will work fine. The only downside so far has been the main paper tray holds fewer blank pages than my old printer,

    LOATHSOME printer with multiple problems

I LOATHE this printer. I continually get a message “printer out of paper”, when it really isn’t. Then, after owning it for five months, I was completely unable to print because the print cartridge would not communicate with my computer. After an hour with tech support, they agreed to send me a new cartridge. The second cartridge gave the same error. After ONE AND a HALF HOURS with tech support, he said he would send me another cartridge. This didn't make sense to me - how could I have two cartridges (well, 3 actually) in a row that didn’t work. Of course, it didn't work. Made another call. They finally agreed to replace the printer because it was still in warranty. Setting up the replacement (refurbished) printer required yet one more call to tech support. Another hour of my life. STILL receiving errors of “printer out of paper.” Printing only works after I open and close the paper tray. My printer is about 15 feet away from my computer. Finally, you can’t scan from the computer itself, even though it has a scan button on the control panel, the only way to scan is from the HP app.
