I’ve had this printer for about a month and so far I love it. The photos printed look so real. It was super easy to set up the wireless. The printer comes with small cartridges but since I am a member of HP print I got replacements in 2 days. The only con I have is the paper catcher. It is tilted up to much so you have to watch your printed pages coming out.

This was a great purchase for us. This printer we have had about a month and is just doing a great job. Installation was easy set up to iPhones. If we had it to do all over again we would purchase it.

This copier is easy to navigate. I va it in the office of our house and it works perfectly. It has everything we need in it and yet small in enough that it can be on a file cabinet. It can print in color and black and white and the quality it outstanding.

I really loved this printer, but didn't get to use it... Found out our wifi provider had set us up with a 6mghz and this printer only works on 5Mghz. Took it back and got another printer not knowing this problem at the time. I replaced it with the HP Office JetPro 8135e, which I like, but is kinda' built cheap. Found out why these printers wouldn't install on 6mghz when Geek Squad (4 times) finally said they couldn't help and gave me HP's number. HP didn't catch it right away, but after about 30 minutes a lightbulb appeared. :) So thankful to find the answer and do hope sharing this experience might help others in the future. The wifi guy that replaced our nice eero modem with an older model for the lower #s, I'm sure, could have installed the eero on my computer and it would have worked. He tried to install it on my phone... ?

Printer is working good without glitches. Printer was purchased for my college student and she has no complaints!

I've had the printer for a month and printed about 50 pages, so my review will reflect that experience. It was extremely easy to set up (minutes). Print quality is good (color & B&W). It is staying connected to the internet very well. I do prefer the light color to my prior black one which looked dusty in ten minutes.

So far so good. I'm well satisfied with the general printing. Probably haven't printed 50 pages as of yet. I love how this machine is set up and functions it's handy and very convenient. I would buy this again. The jury is still out on the photo printing aspect as I haven't tried that yet

This model replaces the 7855 model. It does the same thing with photos provided you use the correct paper, great printing and everything under photos is stunning as long as you use the appropriate paper for the job. The combination of the two cartridge ink system is what gives the excellent output in photos. The double sided printing is great also. The only issue I have with HP printers is their software upon installation. I also use HP printer at work and their installation software makes it a bit difficult to install (reason for the 4 stars on Ease of Use) but once you get the hang of it, it's all good. The HP Instant ink is great also. it saves you a ton on ink purchases. All you do is select the plan that you feel is right for you and you're all set. I like the fact that you can change plans anytime you want, even place it on "vacation" mode. Overall, this is a great printer. HP has almost always put out great printers.

Love it works great and easy to operate and price very affordable

The HP Printer with 3 months of free ink was a good buy. It prints well and quickly. It is smaller than my last printer, but not as small as I expected. The tray does not hold as much paper as my last printer, but it’s not a problem.

This printer is just what we were looking for because it also had a scanner and the ability to print photos. Danny helped us find it when we came in the store and he was able to answer our questions, so we didn’t have to figure it out on our own. We got a good price and great assistance.

So far no problems with this. Hp envy printer it serves my Needs quick printer and easy to set up. Make sure you buy your own ink the ink that comes with it does not last and goes quickly. I recommend.

I'm very pleased with this printer. It does everything I need. Great for residential use. Set up was easy, even for some one who is technologically challenged, like me.

We've pretty much always had HP brand for computers and printers. When our last HP printer wasn't really working anymore after 9 years, we originally thought we would give a Cannon a try, as it looked liked pretty nice and seemed like a good price. Well, that turned out to be a total mess, as we eventually had to exchange the first one we brought home, and soon had problems with the second one as well. Luckily, we have the Best Buy Total Tech membership, so we could still exchange it even after it had been a little while since the original purchase. This one costs more, so we had to pay the difference, but it's been worth it. It's been working great so far, and seems to print out photos a bit brighter than prior printer we have used. Definitely worth the price.

I love this printer. It comes well packaged and cushioned in the box. Easily unboxed, set it in my printer “cubby”, and began wireless setup. I had one question arise during the setup. A quick call to the service team and the setup was completed easily, Overall, took may an hour from opening the box to Ready to Print status. It operates entirely wirelessly with my Mac, iPad and iPhone. Keeping the printer in touch via Wi-Fi with HP allows me to use instant ink program for auto ink replenishment at a very reasonable price. First six months are free for up to 700 pages per month to get a good idea of what my regular usage is likely to be. Output is excellent. And ease of input with auto feed,etc.is very nice. Operates quietly in “Quiet” mode and pretty rapidly. The machine itself is extremely nice looking and appears well made. All the controls and access places work easily. I am a fairly light user. Signing up for 50 pages per month on instant ink program after first 6 month free is exhausted. I’ve had the printer about a month now. At the price point of this printer, for me it was a great value. Overall I rate this printer as Excellent and highly recommend it.

Relative easy installation. I do the setup from my phone. Maybe on a PC or laptop would be easier with a USB cable. But in the phone was relatively easy. The only inconvenience was that the app ask for the printer pin just to do an update. The print speed and quality is very good.

This is the absolute best printer I have ever owned. It was definitely worth the price. Does so much more than you would ever expect. The setup was so easy I was up and running in about 10 minutes. Connected to wifi incredibly easy and I am not a tech person. Thought I would be spending hours on the setup and it was a piece of cake. Thank you to Best Buy.
