    Have been extremly pleased with this item,very easy to use,and understand operation. Salesman who sold me the printer did pick up the wrong cartrige and I didn't find that out until I got ready to change out the one that came with the printer,but that does not reflect on the printer

    Quality is excellent. Photo printing on photo paper leaves a bit to be desired because the ink smears when I try to pick up the paper, even being careful. However, printing documents etc, it’s perfect.

    It works well… I have own HP in past. The photo quality is great… I had problems with the insta ink spent hours with technical help in the past with my last printer and when I canceled the program poof my printer didn’t work anymore….well let’s try again and see how it goes. As for the printer itself it works great!

    I really enjoy using the HP Printer I purchased. Enjoyed worhing with store staff and the Tech Rep that helped chose one. He compared apples to apples with the different styles and brands of printers in the store and made my decision a lot easier to take one home with ease. I really Appreciate Best Buy Staff they're Great!

    I needed an all in one printer that will allow me to scan multiple documents at once and this does the job. Also, the photos look amazing and I recommend subscribing to the ink service through HP.. you definitely save money then paying full price for ink cartridges. When you’re ink is running low they mail you new cartridges

    Seems like a solid efficient printer. We had its predecessor for 5 years and it conked out so we got this one. Expecting the same great quality and longevity. (We have 2 full-time at-home offices that use it.) Loved the convenience of looking at reviews and ordering online and picking up onsite in a jiffy.

    Love it! Quick and easy to install. So far, very dependable, just as I expect from a HP product! Doesn't take up a lot of room. The only suggestion I could make is to make the screen a little bigger & easier to read for my old eyes!

    Purchased as a replacement to my Canon Pixma that spawned the notorious printhead error. The HP was noisier than the Canon, and I had problems getting HP to connect to my work computer/firewall that even IT couldnt correct, so I ultimately had to replace this one after 2 months. It worked fine via the smartphone app
