This printer replaced an older 8000 series printer that simply had electrical issue after much use. Meets all my needs and like the status/control display as compared to a 6000 series I also own but does not have display

My printer is good. I don't like that it doesn't have an output tray for printed docs. If I don't catch them, they fall on the floor.

Early Xmas present for my daughter. She loves it. Perfect for what she needs it for.

I really love my printer, it prints front and back side, it copies, it also scans but I have not used that feature it. I am still trying to figure out how I can print photos.

We are HP printer people, but tried an Epson from Costco…for an hour. That was a disaster. That went back, we picked up this printer at Best Buy, and set it up in a jiffy. Again and still, we are clearly HP people.

So far I really like it. I purchased because my old HP printer stopped working. Holding my breath for that to happen again with this one but hoping I’m wrong.

This is an attractive printer that is more complicated to set up than I expected. I am technically astute but had to call tech support to get it up and running. It is simple to operate but presented a hiccup in the beginning.

This is crappy to say the least. Completely stopped working after just 2 months. I probably printed less than 150 sheets. It constantly gave 'out of paper' error with a full tray of paper. It never did print on envelopes. Warning: Avoid purchasing this printer!!

Arrived quickly. Does not print pictures as well as I had hope. Was a little tricky learning how to load picture paper or regular paper.

The printer is very good, but it was a mission to install it due to vague instructions.

Really good printer does everything that was advertised.

Nice printer. Works well so far. We do wish it the specs would have been clearer in specifying that it does not have a USB port to print from a flash drive.

This printer is replacing our HP 5055 which is a great printer also. But this one takes the cake. It is very convenient to have 8.5x11 and photo paper loaded at the same time. The fax without phone line feature is fantastic!

It's a good all in one. I love the ability it has to use different size and width of paper that can be stored inside the unit.

Still works great after almost two years. Only had one problem. The black ink cartridge failed after sitting for a while wile unused.

Some changes made over my previous 7600 series lessen the usefulness of the printer, eg, lack of USB port.

Printer is fine picked this up to replace an HP that was making hard grinding sound from day 1 and didn’t realize it didn’t have a fax option. Most multipurpose machines have a fax option included.

We called and got assistance from a young lady who has since we first spoke with her about the set up of the printer, has called and followed up to make sure all was still working with the first call.

Great product, great price, & the ink program is brilliant. Well worth the price. It does double sided printing saving a shenanigans ton of paper

I like this printer. The only thing I don’t like is where you have to pull out for the paper because my last HP automatically come out and that was more handy.
