Well, I'm coming back to see Steve again! THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT! Steve showed me everything to do and when I got home and set up the printer/computer the only thing I could do was make a copy. I have no IDEA WHAT I AM DOING WRONG so back I come again 5/5/25. If this doesn't work I hope Steve can come to MY HOUSE and discover the PROBLEM! My other computer/printer were a PLEASURE!!!

This was amazingly easy to install and I really appreciate the drop-down menu that allows me to determine, at printing, what settings I want to use. The cartridges are ridiculously expensive but that seems to be the way HP makes its money. I declined the Instant Ink offer because the previous time I agreed to it, HP wanted to send me replacement cartridges before the ones I was using had become empty so I was wasting money. I haven't tried the scanner yet so reserved judgment on this feature.

I told the clerk what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. He didn’t try and sell me a higher priced on. It was a great experience!

I absolutely love my new printer!! I bought the HP ENVY Inspire 7900 All-in-one and it works great for everything I need in a printer. I am trying to scan old pictures and this printer works so well doing just that. I highly recommend this printer.

Love the many options available. Wifi access is a plus

Very pleased with the quality of this printer. It is fast, holds enough paper for my needs, easy to operate and durable.

I made the mistake of not setting this up right away. I tried to get this set up and received an error. The error told me I had to contact support. Support is only open Monday - Friday. I contacted support when they were opened and they said my WiFi printer has to be within 15 feet of my router, which I can't do. What's the point of a WiFi printer if I have to be close to the router? I had a previous HP Envy model that I was replacing that was in the same exact location as this model with no issues and now this one won't connect. Support kept telling me it had to be by the router. Unfortunately, I didn't try to set up my printer right away and I'm well past the return period. So I have a big block of useless junk. I'll buy a new printer, probably not at Best Buy as I want to have a longer return period if there are issues.

HP envy ink jet is best of the class. Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Performs superbly with Apple devices. Highly recommend for someone wanting to make printing, copying, and scanning easy.

I was disappointed when the first “new” printer I bought had already been opened and was broken. I had to return it to get another one. Because I am handicapped this was very inconvenient.

Found printing certain coupons was a problem, would say printing but did not. Outside of this no other problems. Like how the wireless setup goes so simply.

I have had HP printers before and never had an issue with them. This one fits my needs perfectly.

The initial instruction card for a quick install failed to completely install because the laptop being used needed to download the driver.

I was treated very well by your employee and he answered all question I asked. The printer I purchased is doing the job that I wanted. Thank you! However, installing the printer on my computer was not as easy as HP said.

product is a good printer, but is a little complicated, and the instruction booklet does not tell you very much.

I am hp girl for life but the paper feed to scan I have never had one that did that before and I love it

Nice printer. Not like the old easy plug and play. Lots more to it now, but think it will be very nice and what we need. Wanted to try the ink for 6 months, but all the legal discussion made it not worth it to me.

Got a good deal on it, good solid machine, would recommend to anyone, especially that it uses HP instant ink, very convenient, easy and much cheaper than buying ink in the store

Not super expensive and works great, setup was a little weird but gets the job done. HP Instant ink is a must if you print frequently

I love the printer. The only issue I've had is that it will fax with the HP Smart app but so far the faxes were not complete or could not connect to the fax service. Had to bring back my old ENVY printer to fax over a land line.

Great Printer! Only the install is tricky. Pass that, b/w and color half sheets full sheets It does a great job in scanner or document Feeder. You will love the ink cartridges. They last so long and cost1/3 of the competitors!
