    Twenty days after purchase, I still get an error notice that the printer is out of paper, although there is paper in the tray. I have had the Geek Squad come out to try to correct this problem with no success.

    Printer is just ok, the print quality is ok. My main issue is how quickly the ink runs out, Not worth the money paid.

    Initially the printer worked well, until a couple days ago I attempted to print an envelope. The printing was in the proper locations, but was totally illegible!

    I am getting so many alerts on the screen: "The print carriage can't move. Open the cartridge access door. clear any paper jam or obstruction . . . " (The carriage moves fine, and there has been no paper in the tray yet.) "The indicated cartridges are not communicating . . ." (Well, they came with the printer, so . . .)

    Nothing but problems. HP helped install. Couldn't print then another couldn't scan. New color cartridge after <100 pages, installed new HP supplied cartridge and printed test page. Then got an email saying store bought cartridge installed. Expect at least 30 minutes before you get an HP tech then be very lucky if you can understand them. Trying to return.
