Love this printer! Easy to install and easy to use. Print quality is excellent. Price was very competitive!

I really like this printer it works great and prints clearly.

I looked at a lot of printers before choosing this one. It just happens to be the cheapest. I did choose it because of the price. This little printer really gets the job done. It makes beautiful pictures. And it uses standard cartridges that doesn’t cost much compared to my laser one does.

Printer looks very nice, more compact than my last one. However had a lot of problems setting it up. Called Geek Squad twice and they couldn't get it to work with my PC ( I have an HP Envy 700) Finally they told me to call HP for support. Called HP and it took almost half a day to get it working. The tech had to reset the factory settings. A few days later I started having problems with the printer, kept saying it was offline. I tried to get it online but was unable to, so I called HP again. The tech again, had to reset the factory settings and do something else to the printer to get it to work. Haven't any more problems with so far.

Good print quality and easy to use especially with the touch screen.

Love. Has setting to print 2 sides automatically. Good color. Love having subscription from HP. HP monitors ink and paper use over internet. They automatically send out as needed for a low price. Only issue is when a phone or laptop loses connection with printer. I always forget how to reset them up. I wish I knew if I could prevent the issue but don't think it's an HP issue.

This machine does everything that is says that it will, and does it faster than advertised. it looks nice in our home office and the wireless feature and teh automatic ink supply are great also.

Seems like a very good printer. Have not had it long enough to need to scan docs, but I have no reason to doubt it will do fine. It is fairly quite, but we can hear it printing (it is located in another room from the living room). It set up fairly easily. It will print both sides, if that is a feature you need.

Printing and scanning jobs are of good quality. I haven't tried to print photos yet so can't comment on the quality of photos. The unit is very noisy when booting up and while printing. I had an HP Envy 7640 prior to this unit and it was much quieter.

The HP printer is an excellent printer for a home office. It works great and I signed up for the HP instant ink plan and have already received my first shipment.

Love this printer! Changed from epson to this one for my home work and for my job as a teacher. This is way better as far as set up and space

Once it was set up, but printer works great. I had difficulty getting it to scan to my laptop. I contacted HP support, and after they remoted into my computer, they realized there was an issue with the download or app. They fixed it and I was able to scan successfully. Since then, I have had no issues at all. Everything functions well.
