    Very happy with the purchase. It is very easy to setup. Power cord feed is not properly secured in printer socket overall, definitely upgrade to my previous hp printer.

    Excellent quality printer! Docs and photos. Tested both and came out beautifully. HP has always made quality printers. Just recently replaced an HP laserjet but mainly to get color prints and print photos. That printer still works beautifully.

    Loving this printer. It was easy to connect to network and my devices (I have Apple devices). Have not used the HP app yet, but everything I’ve printed, scanned or copied has worked well.

    Still trying to learn to use it. Wish paper receiver extended out a little more, paper curves up instead of lying flat. When it does work, the result is excellent, but it doesn't always work. Don't know what the problem is.

    great purchase. easy to set up works great. I love the option to be able to set up auto shipping for ink when I am low makes it easy that it just gets mailed to me and I don't have to go and buy it. The price is also great for the ink and free shipping and recycling of the old ink.

    I am losing confidence in the Geek Squad services! I needed them to assist me in connecting the printer, and all I got was a lot of smart mouth from one of the agents! Woodlawn agents are the worst, both the Best Buy agents and mainly the Geek Squad team! YUCK!!!!
