onestar for best buy too

When I went to start it up, there was no Windows installed and the keyboard did not connect as it was supposed to. Attempted to fix it throughHP warranty service, only to discover that over a month of warranty had expired. Took it back. Had hopes for it but now question Best buy quality. Bought a stove to be delivered that was delayed for several weeks on the day it was to be delivered, than this DOA computer, and this morning was told my online headphone purchase was delayed and possibly canceled. One star is for BestBuy

Best buy Fullerton and Eastvale geeksquad suck

Andrew was very nice but sucks I purchased an item that they sold to me with another persons information still on it and they decided not to own their mistake he said "$300.00 is too much to ask the company to discount" uhh buddy you guys priced it and sold it. But if I want a functioning pc I would have to pay the price uhh no thanks!

NO ONE CARES

And of course now my purchase is out of warranty. And, bottom line- NO ONE CARES p.s. used to be loyal Best Buy and HP customer

Very poor performing product!

After 10 days of use, could no longer log in, screen went black in less than 1 minute when working on documents was paused; no longer able to connect with provided keyboard. Spend hours with Geek Squat in remote sessions and finally returned computer to Best Buy.
