Bluetooth Keyboard — often unable to connect

It was working fine; however recently having many issues with the HP 720 keyboard blue tooth connection. At best it is erratic. Almost always have to remove device & add back, which doesn’t always work. Once connected usually works fine but often does not even connect or find the keyboard (which came with it) — touch screen is useful as a result of unable to connect the keyboard

Be prepared to switch out the KEYBOARD

I should of read the reviews. It seems to be a known issue. Its a keyboard and mouse pad combo type of thing, but the mouse doesn’t connect via bluetooth like it’s supposed to do. I am currently using another keyboard with a whole mouse and mouse pad. It’s 2024…YOU CAN DO BETTER !

Keyboard stinks and only 1 USB port

I like the computer and big touchscreen but the wireless keyboard is horrible and totally useless. It disconnects from the computer constantly and runs on AAA batteries which I have to replace every 10 days. Also, there is only 1 USB port so I had to buy an adapter. HP Support has been terrible.

Too little Ram (8GB)

The other issue is that the microphone is only on the left side (so on my right as I look at it), so when I look at my second monitor to my left, no one can hear me on Audio or Video calls. It's pretty and portable, so will make a nice, but expensive, portable television ...
