Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Envy Move's portability, large screen size, and responsive touchscreen. Many appreciate the decent battery life, allowing for mobility and extended use away from a power source. However, some users find the limited RAM and USB ports to be restrictive. The stylish design and good sound quality are also frequently praised.

Have had the computer for just about a month now. It was working fine; however recently having many issues with the HP 720 keyboard blue tooth connection. At best it is erratic. Almost always have to remove device & add back, which doesn’t always work. Once connected usually works fine but often does not even connect or find the keyboard (which came with it) — touch screen is useful as a result of unable to connect the keyboard

The computer is great; however, the keyboard sucks! I should of read the reviews. It seems to be a known issue. Its a keyboard and mouse pad combo type of thing, but the mouse doesn’t connect via bluetooth like it’s supposed to do. I am currently using another keyboard with a whole mouse and mouse pad. It’s 2024…YOU CAN DO BETTER !

I've only had it for about 5 months and have had many problems. I like the computer and big touchscreen but the wireless keyboard is horrible and totally useless. It disconnects from the computer constantly and runs on AAA batteries which I have to replace every 10 days. Also, there is only 1 USB port so I had to buy an adapter. HP Support has been terrible.

    Too little Ram (8GB)

The 8 GB just does not cut it, so after 14 months, I've had to order a new computer, because you can't upgrade the RAM. The other issue is that the microphone is only on the left side (so on my right as I look at it), so when I look at my second monitor to my left, no one can hear me on Audio or Video calls. It's pretty and portable, so will make a nice, but expensive, portable television ...

Nothing about this computer is easy. Nothing transferred easily.
