I even confirmed it with an employee. She indicated she had the same printer at home and it prints legal size paper (8.5x14). Got it home. the printer works fine but it definitely does not print on legal size paper. this is extremely disappointing. HP is straight up lying in the overview section and the employee just told me what i wanted to hear to get me out of the way.
