This printer is okay for documents. The ink does run out fast if you print out pictures. Pictures printed out on regular paper don’t look as good as I thought they would. If you print out a picture on photo paper they print out clear, yet again like I mentioned the ink runs out fast. It is cheaper to print them out at a pharmacy. For the price it is a decent printer.

I feel hp is user friendly and prints out nice. I’m excited about the ink refills by mail. Will definitely buy hp again.

Due to Covid-19 I was required to work from home for a couple of weeks. This printer worked great for the time I was home.

I bought this HP Envy 7155 because of the great reviews and have been using it for many months. I use the USB cable attached to my laptop because I like to edit photos on the laptop for best results. Yes, the photos can be brilliant. But the printer is quirky, sometimes won't bring up the 4x6 photo paper, often telling me it is out of paper. It is fussy about how much letter size paper it will hold. Yesterday, I had to remove the bottom tray in order to get it to print from the photo tray. I'm using official HP ink, but the sensor sometimes declares it is out of ink when it's not. Or, minutes later, the sensor will show 2 half-filled cartridges. I'm sure I threw away 2 half-filled cartridges last week because it wouldn't print. I'm constantly second guessing what is really going on. And finally, the printer is attractive and a good size, but the construction of the frame is uneven. I have to struggle to remove the paper trays, and then struggle to fit them back together again. It's an imperfect fit, causing this lady to use some choice language as I struggle with changing paper. I was using printers in 1995 that worked better than this one. But the saving grace is the quality of the photos. They are really striking. Otherwise, I'd be returning this for a different printer. This could still happen if I have a really trying day with the HP Envy 7155!

The ENVY is a bit bulky for my space but I’m getting used to it. It provides options for printing I didn’t have on my old printer. I’m getting ready to try it out on a large project w/photographs and hope to be very pleased! I purchased this last year and didn’t really need it much so didn’t sign up for the free ink. Any chance I can still do that?

Easy to set up and print. Especially like the connectedness with HP app, makes it easy to check on ink supplies and order.
