After a couple of weeks, I called Tech Support and they walked me through how to use everything I needed on it and since then it does everything I need and I am very happy with it! I was also very happy with the Tech Support person who was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient in helping me! That goes a long way in my book!

The ink does run out fast if you print out pictures. Pictures printed out on regular paper don’t look as good as I thought they would. If you print out a picture on photo paper they print out clear, yet again like I mentioned the ink runs out fast. It is cheaper to print them out at a pharmacy. For the price it is a decent printer.
