Exchanged it at Best Buy, but when I got the replacement home it made a terrible grinding noise. Took it back for another exchange. The third one seems to work ok, but I do not know how to operate the scan feature, which is different than my original HP All-In-One. HP quality control has slipped. The new printers were on sale for half price, so maybe this is an indication.

The hp app is pretty neat
