Thought it would last forever, but after about 12 years it finally wore out. I knew I would buy another HP since my other one had served me so well. HP has come a long way since I got my last one. It was so simple to set up and now I can print double sided copies and it even has a tray for photo paper that accommodates different sized pics. This machine is affordable and perfect for your home office.

Easy to setup, prints pretty quickly. The scanning and emailing is very slow and sometimes doesn’t work. Message is always an internet issue, but it isn’t. It took 20 trials onetime for the scanning to email to go through. Also, the printer size is bulky and was difficult to fit in furniture.

Since my printer was kaput, I worked with the local Best Buy manager on a price adjustment. The printer is performing well so far, and I have the replacement policy to fall back on if it fritzes out early.

The bad, the touch screen will make you want to throw the printer off a cliff. If you have a lot of photos on a memory card it will lock up.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the touchscreen of your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer and it freezes. Remember HP Support is always there to fix all your issues. Please perform hard reset on your printer as mentioned in following steps to fix this issue: 1. Turn the printer on. 2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the unit. 3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 4. Wait at least 15 seconds. 5. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. 6. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the unit. 7. If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
