Pretty good once installed

Since then, its lost its designation as default once or twice with the computer resetting to an earlier HP printer I no longer have. Once that was deleted from my system, I've had no more problem. Since I use HP Instant Ink I really can't say how long the ink supply lasts (but I'm not a heavy user and I'm still on the starter cartridges).

Replaced my old printer that may be still a good.

Unfortunately the new printer was doing the same thing. Had to have the Geek Squad fix the issue as it was beyond my knowledge of printers and computers. Wish I had had the Geek Squad declare my old printer as "dead" before I purchased the new one. The new one is working well thanks to the Geek Squad.
