Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very easy to use the scanner, my only issue is it has a tray for photo paper that when you click to use it the paper tray does not print, so i have to put photo paper in both trays and then it will print a photo. not impressed with the instant ink since i do not print that much and if you pick the free one and go over they charge you. i am going to cancel

Don't buy

This is the second printer that is giving me issues. It says no paper and tray is open but is fully loaded, it seems like an error message. I can't print. For what I paid I expect better quality. There is nothing wrong with the printer physically I hardly use it. Is just issue with their printers the last one gave me a message about the cartridge. Never again buying HP brands. Waste of money. It doesn't let me upload the photo.
