A new printing experience

Running out of ink is no longer a concern since the printer communicates with HP and "knows" when it is time to send new cartridges in the mail. We have the 50 pages per month program, but if we find that is not enough, the option to increase it is always available. I am pretty sure this will save us money in the long run since printer ink is expensive. I am very sure it will be more convenient to get ink via mail.

Nice printer, poor connection

But the software drivers and wi-fi connection are awful. I have had to delete and re-install the drivers three times - and it takes about half an hour each time. And almost daily I have to turn the printer off and back on again because it's 'offline'. HP - you should be able to do better.
