He did arrive when he said he would. He was pleasant when he arrived. He was able to determine what difficulties I was having with connecting my new printer with my computer. He explained in language I could understood. He quickly resolved the difficulty. Overall experience was a good one as I expected.

Not as good as the HP I replaced

Our last model was similar in price and was being used daily. The new model doesn't respond as fast for printing from a computer. Has more features that are not needed for the uses I have for the unit. Over all it does get the job done, but I will keep an eye out for the last model again if that could be an option.
