Not User Friendly, Unreliable

The bummer is I got the printer as a present in the first quarter of 2020. I didn't have a need for the printer until December 2020, the month in which I retired, thus I didn't open the box until December 2020. To my great dismay I found HP Envy printer hard to get operating, and then after I finally got it to print, I shut off my computer and then restarted the computer a couple days later. When I restarted the computer, the HP Envy would no longer work with my computer to perform document printouts. It would however work with my computer in performing scanning of documents. I even tried using a cable connection, but no luck. The way I resolved the problem, after several attempts to get help from HP, I tossed the printer in the trash and went to the local Best Buy. I explained to the Best Buy representative what my experience with the HP Envy was, and that I wanted to replace it with a user-friendly, easy/reliable to operate printer, and that's when I was turned on to the Canon G6020. The Canon G6020 has been everything one would hope for, very easy and reliable to use. Based on my experience with the Cannon, I would highly suggest checking out the Canon printers before making a decision. As for Best Buy, I am very appreciative of the kind assistance given me by the Best Buy representative who after listening to me, guided me to the Canon printers.
