HP printer

It was suggested that it problem might be with the wifi and that I use it wired instead of wireless and that did the trick. Thanks for having knowledgable employees.

It is unfortunate that so many devices come with this feature. Anything that works wirelessly pollutes the environment with radio frequency radiation that many health professionals claim is harmful to human health. This and other electronic devices need to be made with wired connection capability only.

Very good inexpensive printer

Since I’m over 80 and not tech savvy I questioned the set up. He claimed all we had to do was plug it in and it would find our Wifi and it would be ready to use wirelessly. That never happened so we have to use it wired to our computer. Not happy about that and it will make me question about buying anything else HP
