I had a few problems with the printer and was going to return it, but then after talking to an associate and taking his suggestion things worked out and the printer is working fine. It was suggested that it problem might be with the wifi and that I use it wired instead of wireless and that did the trick. Thanks for having knowledgable employees.

Nothing wrong with the printer but the HP rep that told us about the printer lied to us. Since I’m over 80 and not tech savvy I questioned the set up. He claimed all we had to do was plug it in and it would find our Wifi and it would be ready to use wirelessly. That never happened so we have to use it wired to our computer. Not happy about that and it will make me question about buying anything else HP

The HP Envy 7155 printer I found to be incredibly non-user-friendly. The bummer is I got the printer as a present in the first quarter of 2020. I didn't have a need for the printer until December 2020, the month in which I retired, thus I didn't open the box until December 2020. To my great dismay I found HP Envy printer hard to get operating, and then after I finally got it to print, I shut off my computer and then restarted the computer a couple days later. When I restarted the computer, the HP Envy would no longer work with my computer to perform document printouts. It would however work with my computer in performing scanning of documents. I even tried using a cable connection, but no luck. The way I resolved the problem, after several attempts to get help from HP, I tossed the printer in the trash and went to the local Best Buy. I explained to the Best Buy representative what my experience with the HP Envy was, and that I wanted to replace it with a user-friendly, easy/reliable to operate printer, and that's when I was turned on to the Canon G6020. The Canon G6020 has been everything one would hope for, very easy and reliable to use. Based on my experience with the Cannon, I would highly suggest checking out the Canon printers before making a decision. As for Best Buy, I am very appreciative of the kind assistance given me by the Best Buy representative who after listening to me, guided me to the Canon printers.

I needed to replace an ancient, by today's standards, HP printer and after doing some research chose this one. I was concerned due to the high percentage of negative reviews but went ahead and I'm glad I did. So far it's been as advertised. My previous model produced better pictures but this one is fine just not quite as good. Based on my own experience, I'd recommend this printer for all around family use.

Unfortunately printer comes with wireless capability that needs to be disabled. It is unfortunate that so many devices come with this feature. Anything that works wirelessly pollutes the environment with radio frequency radiation that many health professionals claim is harmful to human health. This and other electronic devices need to be made with wired connection capability only.
