The quality of the photos was great. The set up was easy or so I thought. I don't print a lot, so when I tried to print a document a couple of weeks after I bought this printer I couldn't connect wirelessly. I had to delete the application and start the setup process all over again. It doesn't help that the printer doesn't come with a USB cord to connect manually. I don't know why I always have trouble printing a document from my HP laptop it always tells me there was an error. I don't think I have ever tried to print a document without running into an issue.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has failed to maintain a reliable wireless connection. It’s easy to understand why this, plus the need to go through the setup process repeatedly, would be tremendously frustrating. With that in mind, I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including wireless connectivity issues. There you’ll also find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. Visit that page here:

If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and help you find a solution.
