No issues with printer. The wifi feature helps with multiple computers in the house as well. I did discover that I had to have the printer hardwired into my work laptop as the VPN im required to use for work doesn't find the printer on wifi.

When the Geek Squad guy was here, He seemed to have some trouble getting the printer to communicate with my laptop. It printed some of the material that I needed. Later when I've tried to print other documents, the printer won't print!! I really need to count on this new printer to work!!

Good printer

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a friend set up the printer for me and did well with it for a couple of weeks and just recently sent something to print and nothing happened. A manual was not included so I just tried trial and error and probably made it worse. It is now useless and we can't figure how to use the copier either. Please help!
