    My printer stopped working so I went to Best Buy to get this HP printer. The young man at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged to have it sent to my home and I received it the next day. I opened the box, plugged it in and I’ve been printing ever since. Kudos to Best Buy and their representative!! This is one of my favorite places to shop!

    I really can't say much. When the Geek Squad guy was here, He seemed to have some trouble getting the printer to communicate with my laptop. It printed some of the material that I needed. Later when I've tried to print other documents, the printer won't print!! I really need to count on this new printer to work!!

    I had a friend set up the printer for me and did well with it for a couple of weeks and just recently sent something to print and nothing happened. A manual was not included so I just tried trial and error and probably made it worse. It is now useless and we can't figure how to use the copier either. Please help!

    Purchased this printer for my sons business to run print and cut heat transfer vinyl with his vinyl cutter. WiFi is great and the compatibility with the CrIcut cutter is seem less. I’d recommend this if you need a printer or copier machine: I don’t recommend purchasing this if you want to convert for sublimation printing.
