She was able to get it up and running without much help from me. About a week later, ink cartages arrived based on her usage. I believe she has 6 month of that free. Very convenient, no problems at all thus far.

Overall I am satisfied. I'm trying the instant ink program and think it will be a cost saver. The task window is not quite as user friendly as my previous ENVY 4500, but I will get used to it quickly. I do like the adjustable photo printing tray.

Prints quickly.

Not much ink is provided with the printer and it will be 10 days before instant ink delivers more - this is a bit frustrating. Once I get ink, I think I'm going to like the new printer. My last HP lasted 6 years - I think that's pretty good.

Printer was in sale and enjoyed the savings. Installation was much neater without cables due to wireless. HP instant ink is fantastic offering home delivery. Printer has additional features that are nice. Excellent color. Very good product for the money.
