But, I thought this printer model #7155 had a scanner and also the fax capability. The problem might be on my end? I'm 80 years old and terrible following directions , I'll see if I can get a friend to help me.

Set up issues

Read online that this is a common problem. Had to go back out to get new ink cartridges just to get finished setting up printer. Haven't had chance to use printer much, but so far it's ok.
