When I was looking for a product the gentlemen not only helped me find the product, but explained the difference between the different products for sale, very nice experience.

Frustrating to say the least. It also took viewing a video to figure the placement of the output tray. After that was ironed out, there have not been any issues.

No booklet, just an app and website to use for set up, which was somewhat difficult to understand. Couldn’t get it set up using wireless and ended up doing so wired. So far does well now.

I haven’t printed any photos on photo paper yet, but I have printed several on regular paper and they look great! Easy to print from both my phone and my computer. Very happy with it so far.
