Set up was a challenge for me. Chat line was a waste. Finally got the software & computer talking. Uses allot of ink, only 2 moths old and already had to replace the black ink & haven't printed that much.

I came in for a printer that was on sale, however, upon seeing it in person, it didn't meet my needs. The employee that helped me, answered all of my questions and helped me decide on the printer I purchased.

We donated this printer to a non profit organization and it works wonderfully it’s easy to just set up and go This printer is what they needed there it works by Bluetooth from your cellphone to a computer anything that is wireless Thank you Best Buy this is indeed a great printer

I have purchased 5 of these. They never last long. Luckily I had the warranty so I could just replace them. They print great! But after a bit they start smearing. One of them I can still use by only printing 3 of an item at a time. But the last 2 I purchased didn't even last 2 weeks before they started smearing. and not by any pattern. Just not worth the it. The instaink program is also great. So that is why I gave it 2 stars. Went to a Canon with a big ink tank.

So far it's been a good printer. I had to return the 1st one because it wouldn't calibrate. It's a bit more complicated than my 4280 so I'm still getting used to it. But once I got my HP assistant to help it's worked fine.

I’ve had 4 of these in the past 2 years. Print quality is great but if your heavily using the printer expect 6 months of life before you have to replace it. I’ve replaced it 3 times.

My old printer “died” and I went to Best By to find a replacement. Thankfully they were able to send me a wonderful Geek Squad tech. He hooked up the new printer without an difficulty and I was able to start using it right away.

Excellent printer. It was easy to set up. The only "problem" I had was trying to scan to a pdf. It does not work in wireless mode. You need a USB connection to the computer from the printer and then it works fine.

My old HP Envy had stopped communicating with any of my other devices. So far the new one is on speaking terms with them and works like a charm. The Geek Guys were very efficient and reassuring. It makes my life a whole lot easier.

Overall good product and service. A bit pricey. Wish there were still printers that did not require wifi. Just too many bells and whistles. But they are all like that. Good customer service.

...except it stopped printing black half way through use of cartridge. I’m still figuring out why after viewing HP’s helpful troubleshooting hints. Might be the replacement ink cartridge I bought from the store idk

You can only scan 1 page at a time so I am thinking of returning it. It is easy to put the ink in and to set up.

It was the only printer in the store. I did not realize that it did not have a paper feeder for copying or that it could not copy/print legal sized documents. My disappointment and regret. It prints okay.

Had to call for Geek Squad help because printer wasn't working. I ended up unplugging and plugging back in and it worked. The man I spoke with at Geek Squad was very rude and I reported him. Otherwise, printer is going okay but haven't used it very much.

I bought this printer after my other printer finally made a grindy noise it was not coming back from. I signed up for the trial period of the free ink program. I wonder why I waited so long. great printer love the double sided printing that was so easy to setup.

I’m very happy with my purchase. I really like the HP ink subscription. And I love that Best Buy brought it out to my car when I showed up as son as the doors opened. I was so excited and it met all my expectations

I got this printer and had it set up by Geek Squad and 14 days later it failed. But I was able to swap it out and have a do over of set up and it's been working fine ever since. I like the 2-sided feature and the sides of printing.

This printer is fine when it works. The problem is that it loses connection or is "unavailable" several times a week. Which requires unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Trying to do a shutdown with the power button or through the controls does not work, and does not fix the issue. Only a hard reboot will do it. I have had to reinstall this completely on my pc's, while it does seem to have less issues with mobile devices. So maybe it is mostly a driver issue. But it is not a reliable device, and if I could find something that I knew would be consistent and reliable I would replace this printer.

the only thing I did not like about this printer is there is no driver for my tower, so i could not install it on my tower. anything I want to print I have to use my laptop or ipad, which sometimes is a pain. the printer does fit my needs
