it's a great printer once you figure out how to work the touch screen, this from someone who can usually figure out equipment use without a manual, it took many tries to get comfortable using it.

Had a little trouble setting up the printer with the laptop. Once we contacted the Geek Squad, and they came over to fix the problem it was alright. The real problem getting HP to answer our calls.

For the most part, this printer is great. The only problem is that it gives me an error often. Because I have instant ink, it’s okay, but it uses up my paper too.... other than that, it is great!!

I really like this computer. Every once in a while it will not print from my computer and I have to unplug it wait 30 seconds, start it again and then it will print. When this happens I can still print test pages from the printer.

So far so good. Replacing similar model that broke recently. Not expecting longevity since printers are notoriously crappy in terms of long term quality, but hoping it lasts a few years.

I like this printer but disappointed that it takes at least 10-15 seconds to begin printing! Other HP printers that I have owned over the years begin printing as soon as you click 'Print'.

This HP has a good design, prints well, and most importantly stays "awake" on the network. We mostly print from our phones so this is important. The picture quality , particularly on the glossy paper is fantastic!.

Excellent printer, It handles paper better than the last printer I had. Wireless operation seem to work very well. Ink installation is easier with only Black and Color supplies to work with.

This is a nice printer however, I didn’t like the fact there was no paper feeder. For some strange reason I fell to check for that prior to purchase so therefore, I had to return it back to Best Buy.

I have owned this printer since 11/2018 and have never experienced any problems with it. I use it weekly for printing, faxing and scanning. I would highly recommend this printer based on my experience with it. Very easy to use.

i love the printer 7100 all in one series, only problem there was no info on warrenty for this printer and also no info on all the parts in the printer, i have no idea what some of the treys do or what they are for.

Absolutely love my new printer. Replacing an HP printer that ran its course. Always have been a fan of HP printers. Love that this printer also prints photos. Happy with my purchase!

I purchased this because my old one died. Some of the features on this one are harder to figure out. I think I liked my old one better but will make this one work.

The longevity of the ink and printer is yet to be seen. I really enjoy the hpeprint from other devices and I've already received new ink cartridges. For $2.99 a month for 50 pages, I'll be saving money and the hassle of shopping for ink. Thank you, again HP!!!

Works quite well after you set it up. Would be helpful to have printed manual that told you how to set up with your particular conditions. We use phone hot spot. Touch screen is sub par.

I replaced a previous HP printer with this one. So far I have had to struggle to get the thing to print. It keeps saying that there is no wi-fi connection when the wi-fi is working fine for email and online research. My main computer is a Dell on Windows 7, and has worked quite well for a long time. My laptop is a Dell on Windows 10 and I find that one difficult to use. I don't understand why these things get more complex when a lot of us just want straight-forward, efficient, simple machines. I just want the thing to work.

This printer is fantastic. I bought this for my kids homework assignments. It does everything you want my kids love the scanner for when they do art assignments they can scan them and send them to there teachers.

Purchased a lap top computer at your Potomac Yards Best Buy and received great support from the Geek Squad. Specifically, David was very professional and knowledgeable. He may the entire process very easy. Scott

I have gone through 3 different printers in the last couple of years. Every single one has begun streaking and having other various issues after just a few months. This one took about 4 months to begin streaking, but it is now useless. When I try to print something, there are several lines of lighter print across the page. I have tried all of the typical maintenance troubleshooting with no luck including installing brand new ink cartridges. I don't understand why printers these days seem so low quality. I really liked HP printers I had several years ago. They lasted several years. I guess this is my last HP printer.

I purchased this for Bluetooth functionality thinking it would make life easier but I need to be in the same room with it for that function to work. Maybe it’s me - but I assume it would be easier.
