I purchase the printer. The only lasted for 1 year. From the date. In the beginning printed well

This printer relaces PhotoSmart 5510 which I had for a number of years before it died. It took a while getting it to talk on the network (my fault) but it is working fine now.

Great printer for an excellent price. Only drawback is the ink cartridges when printing out pictures, first few pictures were great but then had to purchase new ink.

So far the easy ink option seems like it will work good as opposed to every other printer I’ve owned where the ink is gone the 3-4 times a year I need to print...

I bought a new printer at Best Buy because my Husband*s would not work on mine. We are both happy because we both have one that works well with our own!

new printer is very good that have o problem so far...I wonder Do they have warrenty ? I need also How long take for warrenty? please let me know.... Thank you Maxine Cannady

It prints pages really fast. Connecting it to my computer so I can scan files and send wirelessly to computer is a hassle.

This is a nice printer/scanner/copier. The problem I have with the device is the ink cartridges. I may use the printer every two months and even though the estimated supply levels will say there is plenty the actual print out will be way too light. I had this problem before and fixed it by putting in a new cartridge. Looks like you have to change the cartridge each month regardless of how much it is used.

It prints darker than I like, I have to lighten the pictures before I send it to the printer. Sometimes the printer prints from the wrong tray, which wastes the ink. (Even though I send it to the 4×6 tray.

I needed to upgrade because my printer paper tray stopped working. I got a 7155 HP upgrade printer and found it to be less then my previous. The 5660 had an automatic release of the paper tray extension and the 7155 does not. A feature that was removed. Not good for a wireless printer when it is not near the work area and you have to get up and release the tray or you have the paper on the floor. Suggest this be changed.

I bought this printer for one of my clients after a year of using the same printer. IMO, everything works well at my end, but he did not like it..,

Printer/scanner features seem great. Failed to understand the instant ink cartridges would only work with their plan. Difficult to get in touch with HP Support.

Great printer. Not the easiest for a senior citizen to install on line. Would be easier if a CD was provided instead of having to order one.

I have been using my printer for two years it has been one of the best that I have had and had no issues and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a wireless printer.

we replaced an old HP printer that was giving my father in law trouble, This one connected and was working in less than 30 minutes - from opening the box t printing the test page. Slick wireless connection.

I love this printer. So easy to use. The print outs are clear and easy to read. It prints such great photos. I have used this printer a lot more than the previous one I owned. I recommend this printer.

Love having the printer and scanner all in one. Chose the ink program and now are charged by number of sheets printed monthly and ink is automatically sent to me. And the cost is a reasonable set amount

The colors are sharp and vivid. The features, such as picture enlargement, could be easier to use. I had to struggle a bit to figure out how to proceed.

Average installation and set up with a couple of headaches (computer recognition, have to load photo paper), and touch screen scanning is intermittent at Best. Good for the price.

Except for a minor glitch which caused printer to go thru almost all the color ink within 2 days(no fault of my own since printer would not stop printing) pretty good printer
