it works as I expected and I needed it it was easy to install

love the printer bit the only problem is I can't get the 4x6 printer paper to register on the printer. Its still a great printer.

Happy with my product. This printer holds more paper in the paper tray, my old one I was loading paper all the time.

This printer is easy to hook up and easy to use. I just wish they lasted longer

I like the fact this printer has inked that can be mailed to my house. I just think printing photos take up too much of the colored ink.

I did have some trouble getting the printer to communicate with the computer. With the help from HP tech that issue was resolved. Then I was sent the wrong ink cartridges. The customers service agent was able to get this issue resolved. However my biggest issue was finding a phone number to call to report the problem and correcting the size of the cartridge. I finally went to Best Buy and was given a number to call.

I bought this printer because of the good reviews/stars. But it has earned a single start from me. It was purchased in Dec. 2019 and it is now March 2021 and it does not work. It will not recognize the black ink cartridge that I installed. The ink is HP ink and I have tried 3 cartridges that I bought from Best Buy. It is not working and I have done a search to find out why and I have tried all the posted solutions, no good. Besides, why should I have to go thru all this trouble for a printer that can't last a little over a year? It's a waste of money and time. This is disappointing and unnecessary. I guess my next visit is to a landfill. Oh, and it's out of warranty too. Now I have 3 ink cartridges that I spent a lot of money on (HP ink ain't cheap) and no printer to use them in.

Problem having printer work as a wireless printer; had to revert to using old printer cable.

Overall decent printer, but I could not get it to connect to my wi-fi. I ended up having to connect via a USB cable.

Wanted to get a new Fire tablet for my mom. Knew exactly what I wanted. Salesperson was very helpful in helping me to find what I wanted quickly and easily.

I usually don’t buy HP but the representative sold me on it. It is easy to use and looks nice. Ink isn’t too expensive but I do have the ink saving program.

Great quality photo printing. Dual tray eliminates need to switch paper.

I upgraded my wife’s old HP and she also wanted a picture print option. Despite some negative reviews i have been super happy with purchase.
