HP dissapointments

The first Envy Photo 7155 that I received would not recognize the printer cartridges I was able to return the item for a warranty exchange at the Estero, Florida Best Buy customer service area. This was the second HP printer that I bought. The first printer would not recognize my HP Chromebook. I thought, HP to HP it should all be good, but NOOOOO, It would not work! I really am going to reconsider whether or not I want to own anymore HP product. I have a total of 3 printers and four computers between two homes Most of the products are HP. C'mon guys get the quality control lines working better.
