Disappointed compared to the HP printer I had which gave out but a replacement was not available. This is slow, gives incorrect info re adding paper, etc. I would not buy this again.

Everyone needs to have one to print and save documents and other important papers or to save pictures that you have taken

Not the easiest printer to set up. The smartphone route is definitely cumbersome. I used our home PC, which was much easier.

My daughter purchased the printer for herself. It was easy to set up. She has already started printing things and is very happy.

I cannot print photos on my new printer. The size does not say 4x6 no tabs.

I have used this printer about 5 months in my home office. I usually print about 1 or 2 documents a week. In 5 months, I've had to clean and/or align the printer heads on 3 separate occasions. Each time I have done this, the printer uses a huge amount of ink and paper. To clean the heads, you press the maintenance buttons and it does its cleaning, then it prints a page and asks if the print looks good. Of course, it doesn't, so it says to try it again. You run the clean cycle again...more ink, more paper...and it doesn't work. So, you do it again. After about 6 or 7 cycles, the print finally looks good. The same type of thing happens if you align the heads. By the end, you get a good print, but it makes you think, "Wow, I just wasted a whole bunch of ink and paper. Is this a way that HP plans to sell a lot of ink and make more money?" Also, the printer has a blue light which indicates if the printer is connected to a wi-fi network or not. On multiple times, this blue light was on...but when you tried to print, an error message said the printer was not on the network. Very annoying. To say the least, this blue light indictor is not very reliable. Other printers I've owned had directions imbedded in the printer menu which explained how to replace ink cartridges. Not so with the HP 7155. I had to go online to find the instructions. Lastly, when I went online to seek help, the HP customer support website is very complex with many different possible threads to follow to try to find your topic of interest. This website was not intuitive and very difficult to use and they constantly bombard you with new product advertisements. Don't they know that the customer is not there to look at new products; they are there just to try and fix the product that they have. Overall, very disappointed with this product and will not buy another HP printer.

The HP Envy is easy to set up and a good printer. Linking to Bluetooth and WiFi is easy. Great product at good price.
