While I’m glad to hear your printer was easy to set up and has worked great for much of the time you’ve had it, I’m sorry to hear it stopped working for two days and gave confusing and distorted signals. From your review, I can’t tell what caused the lights, distorted screen and inoperability, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting.
