    Gave it three stars because If you don't put something in the photo slot the stupid message is always bugging me. I put a folded up piece of blank paper and that solved the photo tray empty message off... other than that the printer works fine.

    My printer has been uploaded and downloaded so many times. it works until I turn off the computer. Then when I am back online, I keep getting "offline" or error. Then finally nothing, just doesn't print. Geek squad finally told me to go to HP for help even though the agents had already done that. I finally gave up. Printer is too heavy for me to lift, I'm 81. I have spent hours online with Geeksquad. I waited over 6 weeks to get Printer unpacked set up by an expert. It worked about 3 weeks.
