The print is not as dark as I would like it. It took over an hour to get it up and running with an over the phone Geek squad representative. I have to open a new window when I try to print certain items from eBay.

Do not buy unless you are able to lift and return.

Then when I am back online, I keep getting "offline" or error. Then finally nothing, just doesn't print. Geek squad finally told me to go to HP for help even though the agents had already done that. I finally gave up. Printer is too heavy for me to lift, I'm 81. I have spent hours online with Geeksquad. I waited over 6 weeks to get Printer unpacked set up by an expert. It worked about 3 weeks.

Worthless printer
