Never Worked

Great printer, wireless access difficult

I finally just used the cable and attached it to my desktop. I followed the online directions carefully but just couldn't get it to work. With cable fine... wireless.. a dud!

Useless Printer

I got home and the ink was the wrong size so I ordered new ink on Amazon. It turns out the new ink will not work because the printer was supposed to have STARTER Cartridges in the box. Like many other people, the HP people "forgot" to put them in and are probably laughing at all the people that are frustrated that they cannot print anything without these very specific starter cartridges. I will never buy another HP product and hope they lose enough business that the joke is on them for "forgetting" to put the starter cartridges in the box..... a girl can dream! Save yourself the trouble and just rip up a $100 bill or buy another brand!
