I have had several problems where I couldn't print or I could not use the email service. I called HP and they tried to help. I called Geek Squad and they came and solved the problem

Print quality is not as sharp as my previous HP printer and ink cartridges did not need to be replaced at the same time. I don’t like that you have to replace both ink cartridges when only one of them is low.
