    Hands down, no contest, this is the worst most unreliable printer that is supposed to work wirelessly I've owned in over 40 years of working with computers/printers. I spent -- yes, this is correct -- 14 hours on the phone with HP tech "assistance" and still the printer does not reliably work in wireless mode with a new HP Envy laptop. It will sometimes print remotely but then claims no wireless connection when trying to scan. HP tech support depends on trying first on-line support which if the problem is not solved will issue a case number which is absolutely required to get through to a human tech at HP. You will wait a very long time to get to that human all the while being treated to mind-numbing elevator music. This is a horrible time-wasting machine backed by a company that will leave you pulling your hair out trying to get help. My very strong advice: don't go near this thing or HP. I "envy" anyone who bought any other brand of printer.

    After setting up the printer I tried to print a few photos on photo paper. There are ghost lines on the photos. You cannot use this printer for quality photos. Black and white printing seem to be ok for now.

    The printer has worked well but because of the HP Instant Ink Service I must rate it a 1 star. I attempted to cancel the service but they company insists on billing me for one more month after I cancelled!! I spoke with a supervisor who was not willing to do anything to help. So the printer is good but don't try out the HP instant ink service unless you one to pay an additional month!!!!
