    Would be a good printer if it we're reliable.

    First one stopped recognizing the photo paper tray after 2 weeks and had to be returned. The second one did not recognize the black ink cartridge so was not working right out of the box. Seems poorly manufactured.

    While the ENVY 7155 definitely had an attractive price point, the slow prints and poor print quality leave much to be desired.

    It takes the printer a while to respond to commands on the touch screen. It was also rather difficult to connect it to the network.

    direct wireless doesn't work

    I have never had any trouble connecting any device to my computer. But it has taken many tries to even get one computer to do the direct connect, but when finally connected I can't scan, only print. And to boot, it drops the connection to the first computer when I try to connect to a second. It says you have 30 seconds, but you have about 5 seconds to enter the code, which can't work when the printer is in another room. With a partner, it connects after multiple tries, and then drops the first computer. I'd return it but I disposed of the box.

    Sometimes refuses to respond to directions from my computer. Has to be reset online. Frustrating!

    I purchased this based on the outstanding reviews and A great sale price. Sadly it didn’t fit my needs. I was trying to replace an older hp printer that looses connection with Apple I devices. I had a very difficult time setting up this printer- it took forever. Finally got it going and it wasn’t any better than my old one in terms of staying connected. Does have some nice cool features. But I did return.

    I talked with a store associate when I chose this product. I’m only 50% happy. Easy set up. Print quality of pictures not so much.

    When it works quality of printing is great but it is extremely glitchy when it comes to wireless performance. It always says is offline when is not, have to open paper tray and close for it to finally print. Sometimes it needs to be uninstalled and reinstall for it to work

    This one replaced another Envy that I had for 2 years until it refused to print any longer. The copies that this makes are not crisp and clear as the old printer, which was a comparable model. I will deal with this until it no longer is any good, but there must be better printers out there. I just haven't found them yet.

    Very difficult for a dinosaur like me to set-up. I prefer plug and play. Took two days. Still do not know how to use all its features. The black ink cartridge did not work. Best Buy cannot replace it. Have to wait for the Instant Ink order to arrive (Est 10 days). Can't judge print quality until replacement cartridge arrives.

    I bought this to print on stickers and card stock , it was recommended to me by a Best Buy tech. I bought it and it didn’t work for those media types, called hp support and they also verified this printer wasn’t for card stock or sticker paper. Will be returning , also the printer froze a lot on me when trying to use the smart blue tooth option.

    Maybe should have spent a little more to have better copying options. Toner is cheap that’s a plus. Seems a little flimsy.

    It's an okay printer... I'd purchase a different one though. It constantly tells me the paper tray is open when it's not. I have to open it and almost slam it shut a few times before it reads that it's closed and full! SO FRUSTRATING! If someone reads this review and knows whats going on with my printer PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Thank you!
